The actions to be carried out in the different districts that make up the 10 lots in which this tender is divided, are distributed as follows:

Lot 1: Adaptation of sidewalk accessibility on Yesares de Javalí Nuevo road, San Justo Street in Javalí Viejo, La Ă‘ora Road in La Arboleja and others located in the city of Murcia with a base budget of 74,152 euros.

Lot 2: Asphalt renewal in the Path of Granada de Churra, Vereda El Campillo in El Esparragal and others in Murcia with a base budget of 73,507 euros.

Lot 3: Adaptation of accessibility in TorreagĂĽera and Cobatillas with a base budget of 60,765 euros.

Lot 4: Adaptation of sidewalk accessibility in Andrés Sobejano street in Barriomar, Amanecer street in Espinardo and others in Murcia with a base budget of 65,091 euros.

Lot 5: Adaptation of sidewalk accessibility in Plaza del Charco in Santo Ángel and Calle Esperanza in La Alberca with a base budget of 73,300 euros.

Lot 6: Paving in Poeta Vicente Medina street and others in Beniaján and Casillas with a base budget of 69,785 euros.

Lot 7: asphalt renewal in the photographer's lane and others in La Albatalía, Rincón de Beniscornia, La Raya and Nonduermas with a base budget of 90,037 euros.

Lot 8: Asphalt renovation in Gónzalez lane and others in Los Garres, Santiago el Mayor and Los Dolores with a base budget of 94,964 euros.

Lot 9: Adaptation of sidewalk accessibility in Monteagudo and Guadalupe with a base budget of 61,263 euros.

Lot 10: Accessibility adaptation of sidewalks in Acropolis and other streets in Santiago and Zaraiche, El Raal and Los Ramos with a base budget of 90,722 euros.

The execution of these lots consists mainly of excavation, earthworks, landfill, street paving, paving and painting the surface of the road.

The specifications include social award criteria, which aim to enhance the value and quality of the works to be executed, promoting the labor insertion of those involved in the execution of the works, as well as groups of difficult labor access (+45 years), including the aspects to evaluate measures of improvement in the matter of equality.

The Department of Development and Infrastructure, directed by Mario Gómez, through these actions aims to improve the provision of essential services and the provision of basic equipment, resulting in the improvement of the quality of life of the neighbors.
