Urban Agenda joins the Locura por Vivir project, a social initiative aligned with the 2030 Agenda (27/08/2019)

The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, has received this morning the organizers of the Locura por Vivir project, Marian Guillén and Laura Carmona, to learn about this social action initiative that is also aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.

The project consists of holding a congress, which this year will celebrate its third edition on November 5 at the Víctor Villegas Murcia Regional Auditorium.

The theme revolves around four pillars: food, environment, positive psychology, motivation and sport, which are treated through presentations by experts and professionals in the field.

"From the Urban Agenda and Open Government, we support initiatives such as these that promote citizen participation, as well as encourage the development of a sustainable model for the improvement of people's quality of life," said Councilor Mercedes Bernabé.

Through these aspects, it also contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, framed in the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations.

Specifically, health and wellness, quality education, gender equality, climate action and partnerships to achieve the objectives.
