Next September, according to forecasts, work will begin on the first nine projects of the Special Investment Plan for Pedanías, which coordinates the Department of Pedanías and Barrios.
Thus, these works will be carried out in Los Ramos, Corvera, Guadalupe, Lobosillo, Gea and Truyols, Sangonera la Verde, Espinardo, Cabezo de Torres and Algezares.
The overall amount of these works, which will be carried out in sports facilities, senior centers, roads and green areas, amounts to € 1,319,988.00.
Sports facilities
In Guadalupe , synthetic artificial turf pavement will be installed in an area of ​​approximately 2,700 square meters.
Likewise, a new field will be created on the existing one of soccer 7 with dimensions of playing field of 52.50 x 37.00 meters for soccer, with grass bands of 1.50 meters on the sides and 2.70m-2, 00m.

The works consist of the adaptation of the road, so that the passage of the waterfront does not affect the traffic flow.

It is Sangonera la Verde , paving works of sidewalks and roads will be developed so that pedestrians and drivers circulate with greater safety, while achieving a better aesthetic and functional aspect more appropriate to the surroundings of the urban area of ​​the district.
These works will be carried out on the Camino del Palmeral, a natural ascent from the hamlet to the Hermitage, whose sidewalks and roads are in poor condition.
The works consist of the replacement and extension of the existing sidewalks from the intersection of said road with De la Rambla street to the intersection with Calle Travesía del Palmeral and the extension of the sidewalk.
This will reduce the width of the two traffic lanes to 3.25 meters and the online parking of up to 2.20 meters where there is enough space.

Another work that is expected to begin in September is the construction of sports courts and skate areas in Algezares , for an amount of 186,380 euros and an execution period of 8 months.
A skate park with different polished concrete ramps is also planned, forming a central island that allows different routes and movements and a mini-basketball court, attached to the skate area.
The works will be carried out by Technical Developments of the Levant.
In Los Ramos , the Vereda del Chocolate garden will be renovated.
The amount of the works, which will be developed by JT Public Works and Services, is 68,660 euros and have an execution period of 5 months

Esta obra ha sido adjudicada a la empresa Agrupación Diversificada SLU por un importe de 196.979 euros.
Cuenta con una subvención de 50.000€ concedida por la Comunidad Autónoma, a través del programa Campoder.
Plan Extraordinario de Inversión en Pedanías - PEIP
El Plan de Extraordinario de Inversión en Pedanías está dotado con 14 millones de euros con el que se tienen previsto acometer 51 proyectos solicitados por las juntas municipales.
En concreto, en 13 pedanías se llevará a cabo la construcción o ampliación de dependencias municipales.
Asimismo, 13 actuaciones consistirán en la mejora de las infraestructuras y servicios públicos, tanto mediante pavimentación, adoquinado, aceras o, un nuevo puente sobre la Aljufía.
En 11 localidades se van a ejecutar obras de mejora o construcción de instalaciones deportivas, entre las que destacan la cubrición de pistas deportivas en colegios.
En 5 pedanías está previsto construir jardines y en 3 la inversión se dirigirá a la habilitación de salas de estudio y bibliotecas.
El resto hasta llegar a los 51 proyectos, son obras en centros de mayores y consultorios médicos.
