The City Council has activated the security protocol for high temperatures, given the orange alert scheduled for tomorrow, and has begun to hydrate and review some of the trees in the municipality, specifically those that need more care such as the ficus located in the Garden of Floridablanca and Artillery Barracks.
“From the Parks and Gardens Service, trees have begun to be hydrated and checked in the most sensitive areas of the municipality to avoid possible risks or falls of branches,†highlights the Councilor for Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, José Guillén.
As highlighted by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), the municipality of Murcia enters, as of tomorrow, on orange alert for temperatures that can reach 43 degrees.

The session has an action protocol, coordinated with the company STV Gestión, focused on the resolution of incidents of different types that may directly affect the parks and gardens of the municipality.
