More than 170,000 euros are allocated to these districts, which will mean "more comfortable" waste management
The spokeswoman for the Municipal Municipal Group in the City of Murcia, Rebeca Pérez, has announced that the project to install the new underground containers that are going to be placed in the streets of Cabezo de Torres and Zeneta is already in the Recruitment service.
"We listen to all our neighbors and take into account their requests and demands, so this action will mean an improvement in their quality of life, with a total of 14 new points of underground containers in these districts, which add to those who already have ", says the spokeswoman.
In Zeneta, 9 containers, one of them specific for glass, will be installed on Juan Carlos I Avenue in this district for a total amount of 113,000 euros.
For its part, in Cabezo de Torres will have 5 new underground containers, of which one of them will also be for glass recycling, for an amount of 58,000 euros and will be located next to the supply square to improve the environment.
"We invest more than 170,000 euros in these two districts to improve the aesthetics of the environment where they are located. It will also involve a more comfortable and more accessible waste management for the neighbors, to recycle and help us improve the planet," says Rebeca Pérez.
