The Governing Board has given the green light today to the adjudication of the renovation and refurbishment works of three municipally owned homes destined for families in vulnerable and situated situations, two of them in the Infante Juan Manuel neighborhood;
and the third in Espinardo.
The award of these works, whose execution period is one month, has been divided into three lots.
The 1 in favor of the company Construcciones Juan Gregorio SL for a total amount of 23,392 euros for the conditioning of the municipal property located on Alberto Sevilla del Infante Street.
The second and third of the lots have fallen to the company Multiservicios Tritón SL for the renovation works of the municipal homes located in the Street Photographer Tomás Lorente, 1 of the Infante neighborhood;
and from Calle Bailén 19 in Espinardo, with an investment of 12,982 and 16,605 euros, respectively.
The goal of the Department of the Elderly, Disability and Development Cooperation, through the Housing service, which is directed by Councilwoman Paqui Pérez, is to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable groups and promote the equality of women and men, according to the conditions established in the specifications.
