Since it was inaugurated, more than 1,500 people have gone through its workshops and exhibitions, among other activities.

This afternoon there will be a printing workshop directed by the Murcian artist José María Garres, at 7:00 p.m.

The Laboratory, which has scheduled activities for every Wednesday in July and August 1, will remain open until August 7.

Since it opened its doors last March, the artistic center has organized more than 30 art workshops and has hosted 8 exhibitions.

Exhibitions, movies, workshops, guided tours, concerts and sporting events.

These are just some of the activities that Murcia is hosting this summer, under the program 'Murcia en verano'.

The culture will not stop during the summer, as the City Council has prepared the summer with more activities in history.

One of them will be held this afternoon, at the Artistic Laboratory of Carmen, where the Molinense artist José María Garres will give a printing workshop, at 7:00 p.m.

Specifically, the activity is part of 'The Wednesdays of the LAC', initiative that started on July 3 and will end on 7 August.

The Laboratory is located next to the church of El Carmen, on the first floor of the new Museum of La Sangre.

Since it opened, more than 1,500 people have passed through the center to attend its workshops and exhibitions, among other activities and activities continue in summer.

Since opening its doors in March, the LAC has functioned as a springboard for the production and exhibition of the visual, theatrical, literary and musical arts.

In its 800 square meters, the center hosts the latest artistic events through exhibitions and programmed activities, with the aim of promoting culture and art.

More than 100 activities in summer

Thanks to the program 'Murcia in summer', driven by the councils of Culture and Heritage Recovery, Sustainable Mobility and Youth and Sports and Health, by the city of Murcia will pass more than 50 artists and companies.

The artistic, musical and sports activities, which started on June 27, will run until August 29.

Specifically, the following workshops will be held in the LAC:

- On July 24 a printing workshop will be held.

- On July 31 a micro-story workshop will be held.

-On August 7 a watercolor workshop will be held.
