Infrastructure is carrying out works to prevent a landslide in Torreagüera (23/12/2018)

The Department of Infrastructure, Public Works and Services directed by Rebeca Pérez is carrying out works to repair the damage that has caused a landslide in Torreagüera and prevent it from happening again.

In particular, a wall of 5 meters high and 10 meters long, made of reinforced concrete, is being built to consolidate the structure.

This wall is being made in two sections of 5 meters each, the foundation of the wall of the first section having already been made.

In addition, cleaning and reinforcement of the structure have been carried out to guarantee the safety of all the affected neighbors.

Part of the pavement of the street and a railing have also been repaired, which have been affected by these landslides.

The works will last for one month and the amount is 41,000 euros.
