The first Quality Board of the City of Murcia will take place on Friday, December 28 (20/12/2018)

The Negotiating Table has agreed the requirements, agendas and access tests of various calls for places

The Bureau has also unanimously approved the Public Employment Offer 2018, which already includes the replacement of possible withdrawals of Local Police Officers for retirement

In addition, salary tables and the 2019 work calendar have been defined

The Negotiating Table has agreed the requirements, agendas and access tests of various calls for vacancies, corresponding to the consolidation of temporary employment of positions occupied by interim officials and by labor personnel of the City of Murcia.

A total of 51 new admission places were set, 42 for stabilization of temporary employment and 1 permanent non-permanent workforce, totaling 94 open access positions.

As for the places restricted to internal promotion, the total of the places is 204, adding a total of 298 between free and internal promotion.

In addition, the Public Employment Offer 2018 already contemplates the replacement of the possible losses of Local Police Agents for retirement.

The Additional Rate of Local Police Replenishment is determined by the number of retirements foreseen in this fiscal year and in the year 2019. The call for these places will be produced as long as the number of retirements of members of the Local Police in 2019.

In this way, 114 local police posts will be summoned, as many places as they can anticipate their retirement.

The exact number will not be known until February, as they have to meet the requirements and opt for this withdrawal as an option.

It is planned to cover 101 places of Local Police, 8 of Cabos, 3 of Sergeants and 2 of Local Police Officers, adding a total of 114 places, which correspond to the number of possible retirements that can be made in the year 2019.

In addition, the creation of the Quality Tables has been approved today, calling the first, on employment, for next Friday.

The purpose of these Quality Tables is to study the organization charts of the different services of the City of Murcia, as well as the work they do, to detect, optimize and redistribute the staff of the services.

It has also been agreed, exceptionally, a 50-hour module of the reinforcement complement of the day for Local Police, as well as the call for opposition for the creation of a waiting list of Auxiliary Laboratory Technician and for the appointment as interim officer of 1 Laboratory Officer.

In addition, it has been agreed to extend the validity of waiting lists of Coordination, Support and Teaching staff, as well as the new call for the execution of the PMEF-JV projects (finalization of the FICA's Aulario) and 40 for the PMEF-project. MY (Palmar gastroturismo VI).

Also the call for competition of opposition for the selection and subsequent recruitment in training of 40 students / as for each of these projects.

Likewise, the salary tables and the labor calendar have been defined, totaling 12 national, 2 local and 246 business days.

The annual vacations are of 22 days, 6 days of particular matters and an additional day.
