More than 250 students from the four schools of the Alma Mater Foundation, the Catholic College of San Vicente de Paul (X Cartagena), La Inmaculada (Yecla), Sacred Heart (Los Dolores, Cartagena);
the San Vicente de Paúl Catholic School (El Palmar, Murcia), and the newly-incorporated St. Vincent de Paul Catholic College (Cartagena), participated this morning in the III Carol Festival Contest of the Alma Mater Foundation held on the campus of Los Jerónimos of the UCAM.
This act is part of the Christmas events that the San Antonio Foundation celebrates these days in its various venues.
Yesterday took place a contest offered by students from different schools in Murcia, including the centers of the Foundation, participating in the Orchestral Children's Workshops of the Symphony Orchestra of the UCAM.
The director of the San Vicente de Paul school (El Palmar campus), Antonio Guillén, has positively assessed the meeting between children from different schools and belonging to the Foundation in this Christmas preparatory event.
The chaplain of the UCAM, Luis Emilio Pascual, has addressed some words to the students, encouraging them to give this Christmas "their presence to their loved ones".
Tomorrow, Thursday at 6:00 pm, the 13th Christmas Carols Contest of the UCAM will be held on the Los Jerónimos campus, where members of the university institution can participate.
