The City Council will protect the rights of neighbors and monitor compliance with all obligations arising from the special plan of La Paz (10/12/2018)

The City of Murcia has requested the rectification of certain essential aspects that would allow the constitution of the compensation board of the La Paz special plan, without prejudice to the necessary guarantees to ensure compliance with the obligations arising from the planning and management instruments.

So far, therefore, it is not approved.

One of the fundamental issues is the clarification of the list of properties that are integrated into the board, which by law must exceed 50%.

In this sense, the City Council will protect the rights of neighbors throughout the process, among which are the operation of rehousing and the construction of new facilities nursery and school, among others.
