A hundred luminaires will improve the lighting in 8 streets and lanes of Casillas (08/12/2018)

The Governing Board approved yesterday, at the proposal of the Department of Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, directed by Rebeca Pérez, the lighting improvement project in Casillas where, within six months, a power of 4,870 W will be installed .

The initiative will reinforce and improve the public lighting installations in Avenida de Murcia, where LED luminaires will be installed on metal poles of 8 m in height, and existing luminaires replaced by their age will produce a low level of lighting.

A total of 62 luminaires will be installed, of which 16 will be completely new, to provide lighting to the final stretch of the Avenida de Murcia to Calle Cruz.

It will also act on other streets and roads of the district, where the installation of lighting will be completed:

- Rincón de los Sánchez, 4 points,

- Calle Aragonés, 8 points,

- Calle Gavilán, 3 points,

- Lane Malandras, 5 points,

- Rail Aceros, 8 points,

- Casillas de Coria Avenue, 2 points,

- Juan Antonios Street, 3 points,

The total installed power will be 4,870 W and the project has a budget of 64,265 â‚¬.
