Those of us who are part of Cambiemos Murcia believe that, today more than ever, understanding is necessary between those of us who share the same model of city and society.

The dignified housing on which so much can be done from the municipalities, the defense of the public as the only way to guarantee equity, gender equality, the conservation of heritage and the environment, sustainable mobility, coexistence among people of different backgrounds or the defense of human rights are above ideological nuances.

Faced with the rise of exclusionary ideologies, we must discuss the municipality project that will allow us to improve people's lives.

For that reason, it is difficult to understand that a table is convened to shape the new space of unity of the transformative left without counting those who work intensely in the neighborhoods and districts to demonstrate on the ground that everything we promised in 2015 can be put into practice , that the exit to the crisis does not occur by the way of the antidemocratic radicalism, nor the recipes are those of those who maintain in power those who caused the financial disaster.

With the limited human resources and resources of the Municipal Boards, and in the midst of an incessant blockade by the Popular Party Government Team, we have seen school gardens flourish, cultural initiatives and in defense of equality, animal projects and environmental restoration, programs for education in functional diversity, for the promotion of traditional trade, participatory activities in the face of consumer leisure and, in general, a boost to municipal policies and coexistence as had not been seen before in Murcia.

That is why those of us who are part of Cambiemos Murcia are convinced that, over the last three years, the most outstanding policy of our municipality has passed outside the Glorieta, without diminishing its value, by only an example, to the defense that has been made from our municipal group of workers and cleaning the public centers, museums, or home help;

of ordinary people in short.

Those of us who are part of this project with deep democratic roots, consider that the best antidote to the rise of the extreme right are the people who work day by day in neighborhoods and districts, coexisting and weaving networks based on collaboration to cover specific needs.

In the case of Cambiemos Murcia, more than thirty members and members of working groups and neighborhood assemblies that have become a reference in their environment, so that associations of mothers and fathers, neighbors, women, cultural and migrants channel their demands in the institutions.
