Now Murcia criticizes Los Garres is out of the mobility plan for the work of the AVE (04/12/2018)

The municipal formation recalls that the Plenary of the board of Los Garres unanimously approved in October a motion of Ahora Murcia demanding that the City Council offer free bus service while the passage at the village level is closed

NOW MURCIA criticizes that the municipal government of the PP has left to Los Garres out of the plan of mobility for the districts and districts affected by the works of the AVE to Murcia.

The municipal formation recalls that the Plenary of the board of Los Garres unanimously approved last October a motion of Ahora Murcia demanding that the City Council offer free bus service while the passage at the village level is closed.

The vowel of Now Murcia in Los Garres, Isabel Fuentes, considers it essential "that the City Council provide a free bus service to ensure proper mobility of residents while it is closed down the Senda de Los Garres".

Fuentes points out that in order to achieve this goal the Consistory could "extend the route of the circular line announced in October 2017, use the R12 line, which serves the district, or start a new line".

"The level crossing in Senda de Los Garres has been closed for more than 8 months, and according to information provided by Adif in a meeting held with residents and groups, there will be no more passage in this area until 2020," says the vowel of Ahora Murcia.

"The district deserves the same treatment as the districts and districts affected by the closing of the pass at the level of Santiago el Mayor, which according to the municipal government yesterday will have free buses."

Councilwoman Angeles Micol, for her part, points out that "the fact that the frequency announced for the bus service destined to the closing of the crossing at the level of Santiago el Mayor is 30 minutes, when the current frequency of Ray 80, which lends service in Santiago el Mayor, is 15 minutes, is a step backwards: from Now Murcia we demand that it be set at a maximum frequency of 15 minutes ".
