Students interested in attending the scientific campuses (CCV) to be held at the UMU throughout the month of July can already apply for their place until next March 9 at 3:00 p.m.
A total of 120 students from the 1st year of the Baccalaureate and the 4th year of the ESO will be able to have a first contact with the world of research in the hands of experts from the University of Murcia and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, with the aim of promoting their scientific and technological vocations and help to focus their professional careers.
This year the University of Murcia returns to be the regional headquarters of this event.
Each week, 30 students from different parts of Spain will attend the Espinardo campus to learn about the daily work of researchers and create their own projects.
This IX edition will be focused on four themes: Biology through 'biomedical applications of biotechnology', Chemistry with the project 'Chemistry with H20.
What a molecule ... Pure, vital, healthy, natural ?, the world of criminology with 'The scientific resolution of crimes: the importance of Forensic Sciences' and, finally, 'A photographic journey to the stars', an organized project by the UPCT.
All students in the region who meet these conditions can go to the campuses that are held in different universities in Spain.
