The cycle De / Construyendo de Pensadoras Contemporáneas celebrates a new session on Thursday, February 22 with the presentation of the book 'Trenches permanente', by Carolina León, which will be presented by Irene Pardo Contreras.
The event will take place at 7:00 pm at the Colette Bookshop, Letras y Tragos, on Calle Cánovas del Castillo 17 (on the side of the old post office).
Carolina León is a journalist with a degree in Image and Sound Sciences from the University of Seville.
He has collaborated in numerous media, works as a literary critic in Critical State;
and write about anything on his blog Carolink Fingers.
Today she is a proud bookseller in Traficantes de sueños in Madrid.
The wave of mobilizations that came from 15M served to highlight the conditions for the reproduction of politics in the street and in other types of spaces.
And from there arose this book, which explores the intersections between politics and care.
A publication halfway between the chronicle, the autobiographical writing and the political and social reflection.
