The Councilor for Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, accompanied by the president of the East District Board, Rafal Gómez, City Council technicians and responsible for the concessionaire STV have toured the main green areas of La Paz neighborhood to know First hand the needs of their neighbors.
"The City wants to improve the different green areas of this neighborhood for what is going to carry out the study of a plan of actions with concrete and immediate measures such as the pruning of numerous copies, the placement of new sections with grass or more incisive in gardening, among others, "explains the mayor Guillén.
Some performances that go through the detailed study of various pergolas that exist in the area that will be repaired and painted completely.
The visit also insisted on the need to carry out the planting of some specimens in different areas as well as bougainvillea in the pergolas attached to the well known as La Paz palm grove.
Guillén has stressed the importance for Murcia of having a space like this palm grove, so measures will be studied to increase its value and make it a more modern space and used by the residents of the area, thus becoming a clear point of reference for daily activities and enjoyment.
