Solidarity, equality, collaboration, responsibility, ethics or law are some of the terms that are being used at the First UCAM & RSCreativa Encounter 'Creando LideR.ESponsables', an initiative of the International Chair of CSR UCAM-APC and RSCreativa, today in the Campus of Los Jerónimos.
The opening ceremony was attended by Nuria Fuentes García-Lax, General Director of Labor Relations and Social Economy, who pointed out that "the worker values ​​a lot to be in a good scope of work, to be valued, to facilitate work reconciliation , a series of issues that we have to inculcate, I believe that there is still a long way to go on the subject of CSR, understanding it as not an expense, but an investment, and in the end, a worker who is happy is more productive".
In addition, he has argued the need "of those who are responsible for the public and we are managing the administration" to work together with the citizen.
Fuentes has congratulated the UCAM, and specifically the Chair, for initiatives such as these.
For his part, Victor Meseguer, director of the Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility of the university, said that this event can be framed within what is being regional policy on CSR.
"It's about betting on social entrepreneurship. Not everything in life is GDP, apart from it is the happiness of citizens, feeling good, taken care of by the state, protected, which I think is the first and most important of the purposes that CSR should pursue. "
Vanessa Soler, director of RSCreativa, also spoke at the opening ceremony. She highlighted the importance of this type of event, in which debate forums have also been developed to generate dialogue between private, public and charitable participants.
It should be noted that RSCreativa is a business initiative that emerges within the framework of the Master of the CSR Chair, a company dedicated to the implementation of socially responsible events.
