The Institute for Legal Innovation has awarded the "Previjust" initiative, which was presented by two students from the joint course of Law and ADE of the University of Murcia (UMU) in a competition for innovation ideas in the field of Justice.
They are Elena Mínguez Enkovaara, an internal student of the Department of Administrative Law, and Antonio Losa Pérez, both students of fifth year in the aforementioned joint itinerary.
The work presented to the competition was led by UMU professor Julián Valero, coordinator of the research group iDerTec-Innovation, Law and Technology, and has had the collaboration of the Superior Court of Justice of the Region (TSJ), thanks to the support received from its president, magistrate Miguel Pasqual del Riquelme, and the president of the Audiencia Provincial, Miguel Angel Larrosa.
Through Previjust, what is being sought is to facilitate access and re-use by legal operators to the information provided by the various judicial bodies of the Region of Murcia through the Network of Predictability Magistrates (REPREV) initiative.
The award will be presented on 25 October at the headquarters in Madrid of the Foundation for Research on Law and Business.
