Erasmus students will be able to know the main aspects of the city through a guide specially designed for them (19/09/2017)

The Education Service of the Department of Education, Relation to Universities and Heritage, directed by Rafael Gómez, has edited the guide 'Murcia, university city, city to live it' in order to advise and guide the Erasmus youth in their stay in the city.

Gómez explained that "with this publication it is intended that all students who pass through our classrooms are our best ambassadors, while their comments and suggestions allow us to develop the information that these young people demand."

"In our case, we offer a city that is a claim for the Mediterranean climate, its customs and its social diversity. and cultural, "said the councilman.

For this purpose, this material has been developed, aimed mainly at Erasmus students and their families, which gives an in-depth knowledge of different aspects of the city, providing information and assistance to young people in cultural, artistic, historical and geographical areas; services and cultural heritage assets.

This guide will be distributed to international students on the day of their reception at the University, scheduled for September 21, so that they can get to know first hand questions of interest to anyone who comes to live in Murcia for the first time.

In the first place, and for the rapid adaptation of international students they are facilitated the localization, communication and transport with references of plans, telephones, e-mail ...

To discover Murcia and recommend its visit in their countries of origin, it shows both the historical-artistic heritage, as well as the natural heritage and traditions, festivals and gastronomy of the municipality, including references to places of leisure.
