Perona, mayor pedáneo: "We work every day to improve the welfare and safety of the residents of Torreagüera"

Fulgencio Perona, a member of the Popular Party, stressed this morning that more than 100 improvements have been made in Torreagüera to increase the urban quality of the hamlet only in December.

Improvements in accessibility have been made from the Municipal Board with the construction of more than 40 forks on sidewalks in the district of San Blas and Montegrande.

In addition, more than 25,000 euros were invested in the renovation of sidewalks in the various streets of the old quarter of San Blas, San Antonio, Transformer, Ermita and Doctor Fleming, among others.

Likewise, we proceeded to the pavement of Cuba Street and Calle Balsas in the Secano of Torreagüera, as well as the asphalting of the alley of the Peseta.

Also paved and widened the width of San Antonio Street (in the neighborhood of San Blas), which went from having 2.5 meters to 5, thus enabling circulation in two directions.

The pedestrian, Fulgencio Perona has indicated that the Municipal Council carried out: "a large number of works to improve the quality of life and safety of our neighbors. We work every day in the hamlet to improve well-being in Torreagüera."

Improvements in the security of the hamlet

Concerning works that improve the safety and well-being of the neighbors, there are several performances.

Among them are highlighted works such as the installation of a decorative forge of 200 meters linear in the Main Street of Torreagüera which makes the center of the hamlet has a more modern look.

Likewise, we proceeded to cobble 33 alcorques of the existing orange trees in the Avenue of the Orchard of San Blas, trying to make it so that it is a decorative element because they are cobblestones of four colors.

In addition, this improves the pedestrian safety, since the ridges that the impellers produced in the sidewalks were eliminated, also extending the surface of the sidewalks.
