The PSOE congratulates the residents of the South Coast for their struggle to improve public transport (24/09/2016)

Councilman Municipal Socialist Group, Juan Vicente Larrosa, today congratulated the residents of the villages of the South Coast, from Zeneta to El Palmar, "for his constant struggle to get public transport like all people deserve to live in the districts, they deserve equal treatment with the other inhabitants of the municipality of Murcia ".

Larrosa, on behalf of the Socialist Group, has extended this recognition to the Platform The South Coast is Murcia, neighborhood associations that compose it, as well as municipal boards of the districts affected, "that have echoed the neighborhood needs to claim this as fair claim ".

It also claim to reduce the ticket price bus and tram during the holidays to encourage and facilitate the participation of Murcia who live in the districts.

The socialist mayor recalled the serious traffic problems that occur during the days of the Fair and Festival of Murcia, since most of the activities take place in the center of Murcia.

"If we want all Murcia and Murcia can come to the city to participate in the festivities, we must follow the example of other municipalities and cities that already extend the lines and tram and bus frequencies to bring the holidays to all citizens."
