The Councilor for the Promotion of the City of Murcia, Mario Gómez, today asked the Government delegate, Francisco Jiménez, to convene the social commission for monitoring the underground works in Murcia in the second half of September.
During the meeting held at noon at the headquarters of the Government Delegation, Jiménez has shown his willingness to activate the aforementioned commission as soon as possible by transferring the request to the president of ADIF in order to analyze the current situation in which the project is located, after the recent award of the consulting and technical assistance contract for the control of the works that includes the sections of Carmen-Barriomar, and that of Nonduermas.
In this sense, Mario Gómez, who has valued the tone and good harmony of this meeting, has insisted on the need to establish a thorough control and monitoring of the works to ensure their correct execution.
