The headman of El Puntal, Salvador Ros, hopes that its value will not remain only in the works of enclosure that have been carried out recently to block access to the Inventory.
Citizens will request the local government to report on the procedures that are being carried out for the enhancement of the Alfatego Mill and its surroundings, declared Good Inventory last year after the request submitted by the head of the orange formation in El Puntal, Salvador Ros.
In this sense, Ros has asked the local PP to do everything possible so that this symbol of the Huerta de Murcia is not lost in oblivion and neglect, as has happened throughout these years.
"Avoiding at all costs its destruction and ensuring its integrity is the responsibility of the administration," he said.
Thus, the chairman of the Municipal Board of El Puntal recalled that he hopes that its value will not be left only in the fencing and fencing works that have been carried out recently to block access to the Inventory.
"It is a symbol of our garden that we must protect and conserve at all costs, so that it does not continue to deteriorate and so one day we can show it to future generations," Ros concluded.
