The General Shareholders' Meeting approves the annual accounts for 2017, which have been closed with a positive balance of 47,300 that the public company will revert in improving the services provided to Murcia.
The mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, presided today the Board of Directors of Urbamusa, the municipal development company, which disclosed the management report of the parking lot of the Plaza de Santa Isabel, which records a monthly average of 20,600 users , since its reopening in November 2017.
The new municipal management allowed the renovation of the facilities and improved the access and security conditions, providing a continuous service with face-to-face attention 24 hours a day, to resolve immediately any need that users may have.
With 150 rotating parking spaces and a recharging system for electric vehicles, the car park has had a monthly average of 20,600 users in that period, standing out last May with 24,134.
In total, Urbamusa manages some 1,300 parking spaces in the surface parking garages of La Condomina, La Arrixaca, Fuenteblanca and Ciudad de la Justicia, as well as in the Santa Isabel underground and artillery barracks.

José Ballesta also chaired the meeting of the General Shareholders' Meeting of Urbamusa, in which the annual accounts for the year 2017 were approved and closed with a positive balance of 47,300 that the public company will revert in improving the services provided to the Murcians.
